Field Manager
The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Halo’s quality standards. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics while serving as a key point of communication between the field and office. The Field Manager helps keep projects moving, solves problems in real time, and ensures each job is executed with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with builders, developers, and other key industry partners. This role identifies new opportunities, develops client accounts, and works closely with leadership to position Halo as a trusted construction partner. The Sales Manager is expected to understand client needs, communicate Halo’s value clearly, and help expand the company’s presence through professional, dependable, and relationship-driven sales efforts.
Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive project estimates that support Halo’s growth and operational success. This role reviews plans, specifications, and scope requirements to develop detailed cost projections for labor, materials, and project execution. The Estimator works closely with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure bids are aligned with project goals, market conditions, and Halo’s standards for quality, accuracy, and accountability.
Supply Yard Supervisor
The Supply Yard Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of Halo’s supply yard, including inventory control, material organization, loading and unloading, equipment coordination, and yard safety. This role ensures materials are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to support field operations and project schedules. The Supply Yard Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping crews supplied, maintaining order in the yard, and supporting Halo’s commitment to reliability, efficiency, and execution.
